Silulumanzi is committed to the economic and social transformation of its stakeholders and the communities within which it operates. The organisation’s CSI projects focuses on education and community training, developmental programmes, job creation, public health, community development, environmental conservation, arts culture and sport.

To ensure a focused approach to empowerment, Silulumanzi gives back to its community through its policy that is aimed at facilitating the procurement of goods and services from Black-owned entities, promotion of entrepreneurship in historically disadvantaged communities and promoting participation of new business entrants in the water sector.
