REFUND POLICY

For Silulumanzi to assist you as a valued customer we needed to implement stringent matters to assist with paying out refunds. Unfortunately for you as the customer this may seem to be a burden, but this is the only way that we as Silulumanzi can ensure that money due to you will end up in your pocket and not in a fraudster’s pocket.


Fraudulent misrepresentations are defined as intentional misrepresentations of one or more material facts made by a person or business to another with the knowledge that the representations are false. The misrepresentations must have been made for the purpose of inducing another party to act or refrain from acting.

SHOULD YOU AS AN OWNER/TENANT SOLD THE PROPERTY AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED THE FOLLOWING IS NEEDED:

Private person/s

  • Certified Identity Document Copy

  • Original Bank stamped bank statement or one of the following

  • Cancelled cheque

  • Letter from bank with original bank stamp, on to confirm the bank account number.

Company/Trusts

  • Company Documents

  • Letter from company that’s states that they would like to be paid back the refund

  • Original Bank stamped bank statement or one of the following

  • Letter from bank with original bank stamp on, to confirm the bank account number.

**Please note that payments are made only once a month. Should your documents not reach us by the 7th of each month the payment would only be able to be made to you the following month. Silulumanzi trust that you as a valued customer will find this to be in order.
